Pheasant Run was developed and built by Regency Development Corporation in 3 phases beginning in 1987.
Phases I and II were completed in 1994 with a total of 74 units. The final phase, Phase III, was begun in 1993 and completed in 2000, adding 81 units, for a total of 155. in all. Control of the Home Owners’ Association (HOA) was transferred from the developer to the unit owners in 1996.
