Pheasant Run Board
The Brookfield Pheasant Run Condominium Homes Association, Inc is governed by a seven-person Board of Directors, elected by the designated voting members (owners) of each unit at an annual meeting held near the end of each fiscal year, which is January to December. Directors serve three-year terms with approximately one-third of the terms expiring each year. Hunt Management, Inc., under the direction of the Board of Directors, manages the day-to-day operations of the Association. Monthly meetings, open to all association members, are held by the Board to review, discuss and decide operational, maintenance and financial issues as presented to the Board by various standing committees and/or association members.
The overall goal of the Association is to make our complex an enjoyable, desirable, pleasant place to live for all current and future owner/member residents. To this end, please feel free to express your questions, comments or concerns to any member of the Board whenever you feel the need.
