The Association maintains the irrigation system for the grassed areas. The system operates from June 1^st through August 31^st.

 

If you notice any areas that are not being sufficiently  irrigated, or where sprinklers are wasting water by operating over the wrong areas, including the road, please call or email Hunt Management using the contact information given in your Directory.

 

Please note that in very dry and/or hot conditions, sprinklers may not be able to keep up with the demands of the grass, and it may turn brown. However, the Kentucky Blue Grass used seldom actually dies in these situations, instead going into dormancy and turning brown until such time as it receives enough moisture to revive itself.
