On Tuesday, December 17, 2024 between the hours of 11:00AM and 3:00PM, Mared Mechanical will be onsite to perform a required inspection of the fire sprinkler system located in your condominium home.
Accordingly, it will be necessary for you to grant access to your condominium on the date and time period, referenced above, to accommodate this very important inspection. Also, if at the time of the inspection it is noted that you have sprinkler heads that require replacement said heads will be replaced and you will be billed/invoiced for the expense to do so. If it is not possible to replace the heads at the time of the inspection it will be necessary for them to return at a later date to complete the head replacement work.
If you cannot be home during this scheduled inspection date/time period, please plan to have someone at your unit to grant the service people access.
Fire protection code requirements make it necessary for this equipment to be inspected one time annually, so please be advised that you will be asked to allow access to your unit for all future inspections as well.
Lastly, for your safety, please be certain to keep personal belongings at least 18" away from all sprinkler heads.
